Installation Notes:

This LED driver must only be used for low voltage 3~6v
DC lamps at 1050mA max.

The unit has mains connected windings.
-
Connection to mains must be carried out by a qualified
electrician.

The maximum load should be 5w.
-
This electronic driver is for resistive loads and must
not be used in the same circuit as inductive loads.
Inductive loads include fluorescent lamps, discharge
lamps, ventilating fans and big electric motors.
Make sure any big start up loads like your swimming
pool pump are separate to your lighting circuit.
(In fact that should be a standing rule anyway with
all lighting - separate load circuits should always
be provided.
When switching on inductive loads - spikes of several
thousand volts may result, causing damage to sensitive
transformers.

To avoid power loss and lower light levels - install
the LED driver as close to the bulb as possible.
You're only running just over 3v DC to the bulb from
the driver so it needs to be close.
Minimum output cable size is 1007 #20 AWG and maximum
output cable length is 2m.

If the LED driver is built-in, ensure sufficient ventilation
because if the driver is constantly working at an above
ambient temperature firstly it will shorten the working
life but it will also lead to frequent activation of
the thermal overload
