When unfolded and hanging vertically the icicle lights fold out to just over 2m with 19 "icicles" hanging down. These are long and short (long about 800mm and short about 400mm).

OK when you turn them on they go red, green etc then quickly start phasing into mixed colours with highlights of red, green, blue etc giving all sorts of combinations.

 

Later on they settle down into a continuous rainbow effect where each LED is different to the other (this is achieved by having red, green and blue diodes all together in the one LED making limitless combinations of purples, lime greens etc)
