Return policy:

We understand that to a certain extent LED lights are a new concept for mainstream lighting customers wishing to make a change from
traditional types of lighting.
To that extent it’s an experimental process and
we acknowledge that in our refund policy.

For faulty, damaged product you are entitled to a full refund.

For products which you purchased and for other than those reasons you
now wish to return them, we ask that you understand there is a cost
associated in receiving back your goods. Testing, often repacking and placing back in stock costs us money.

Therefore we place a 15% restocking fee for all cash refunds.
For exchanges we will exchange to 100% of the original value if you send us an addressed Express Post bag .
